Shipping & Returns

It always bothers me when I order products on-line, that I never know what the shipping and handling is going to be until AFTER I have keyed in my order. It sure would have been nice to know that information ahead of time!

Here's the scoop. We only ship in Canada, and it's a $10 flat rate. You can order up to 6 products for the $10 flat rate.

If you can afford to buy more than one product at a time, you will save money on shipping, versus ordering 1 product at a time. Being on our AutoShip Discount Program saves you 20% on your products as well!

We use Canada Post ExpressPost. This means next business day delivery in Western Canada, and a 2 day business day delivery in Eastern Canada.

Returns:

You may return any unopened product for a full refund. The credit card you used to originally order the product will be credited and a copy of the credit receipt will be mailed to your home. We cannot refund any shipping charges. If you were on the AutoShip Program, you will be credited at the discounted price. Please also inform me if you want off the AutoShip Program so I can take you out of the system.
